Active IQ Level 4 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy

FTScotland are excited to be working with UKSCA licensed partner Your Gym Sports Performance Ltd, bringing the UKSCA S&C Trainer Diploma to Scotland. Our course aims to provide aspiring coaches, sports coaches and PE teachers with a further foundational knowledge of strength and conditioning and evidence-based practice. The theoretical and practical knowledge gained upon completion of the course ensures our graduates have a greater understanding of the performance training process in its entirety, allowing evidence-based S&C to be applied within real world practice.
