The aim of the Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork is to provide learners with a professional level of skills and knowledge to enable them to design, plan and deliver safe and effective Pilates classes.

Candidates will receive a Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral manual when booking and be asked to read through specific sections and complete worksheets prior to the course commencing.

The Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork is delivered over 8 practical days. This course is delivered from 9 am – 5 pm .
Instructor had strong knowledge of course themes and practical examples of real-life situations. Teaching style very helpful and open. Encourages others to participate with own ideas and questions.
