I’m an all round smiler, positivity sharing competitive athlete who loves to remind people how awesome they are! Building confidence, shifting mindset & encouraging people to use health & fitness and the gym to channel energy in the right way & learn to be happy within themselves is incredibly important to me.
I am passionate in learning and sharing my learning across various areas in the health and fitness industry. I am involved in various initiatives including Mental Health Muscle – where I am proud to be looking after Scotland and encouraging fitness as a positive outlet to help people and our societies mental health on a whole.
I am a national Stage presentation and Posing coach for competitive athletes, Online Coach and Personal Trainer with specific focus in working with strength and conditioning clients and off-season/ competition prep clients. I have a wealth of experience facilitating health & fitness course and performance courses for young people through to university students, young professionals ready to branch into the fitness sector and corporate groups. I am passionate inhelping others learn and inspiring others to succeed.
