I was very nervous about attending this course, but Paul made me feel much better and more confident. The content was very good and pitched at the right level for everyone. I would definitely recommend this to everyone to assist with completing lifts and the rationale around it.

Having more time to work through the practical elements and practice our coaching was really beneficial as we had completed the online learning prior to attending.
