To safely and effectively use kettlebell techniques including the swing, clean, press and snatch, TGU and their variations and how to effectively plan and incorporate these techniques into client sessions. Candidates will be assessed through questioning, session planning and practical assessment of teaching of the swing, clean and squat.
Level 2 Certificate in Instructing Exercise & Fitness.
On achievement of the required standards the candidate will receive the FTScotland Kettlebell Instructor Certificate.
Having not ever used kettlebells before, I was a bit worried about how I would get on, I surprised myself at what I could do and really enjoyed the course. I will definitely be adding kettlebells into workouts.
