The Kettlebell Instructor course is for those instructors looking to continue their professional development by becoming competent in the teaching and planning of kettlebell exercises to clients.
To safely and effectively use kettlebell techniques including the swing, clean, press and snatch, TGU and their variations and how to effectively plan and incorporate these techniques into client sessions. Candidates will be assessed through questioning, session planning and practical assessment of teaching of the swing, clean and squat.
Pre-Requisite:
Level 2 Certificate in Instructing Exercise & Fitness.
Achievement
On achievement of the required standards the candidate will receive the FTScotland Kettlebell Instructor Certificate.
